Our beef suppliers meet all requirements regarding food safety and animal welfare, undergoing rigorous inspections by health authorities to meet the required quality levels.

Thus, the meat must be free of diseases and contaminants, and tests must be carried out to detect residues of veterinary drugs, pesticides and other contaminants. Likewise, strict hygiene and food handling practices must be followed throughout the entire process to avoid any type of contamination.

The meat should have a fresh appearance, adequate color and juicy texture. Intramuscular fat (marbling) indicates the quality of the meat; the greater the marbling, the more tender and flavorful the meat will be.
